Online enhancements to the registration of trade-marks

When applying for trade-mark registration online, you now have access to a copy of the Declaration of Use information submitted to the Office. All copies of Declaration of Use information previously submitted online are also available.

The Declaration of Use information, Registration page, Certificate and Payment receipt are accessible through the Transaction Requests History page by selecting the appropriate icon.
