New email delivery option for ordering patent documents

CIPO's latest e-service improvement allows receiving patent documents by email.

Client feedback is important to CIPO. This improvement stems from a suggestion that was implemented by CIPO's Client Service Centre and Enterprise Solutions Branch.

You can find this new email option in the drop-down menu under “Delivery method” on the Patent Document Order Form page.
