Trade-marks Opposition Board is moving – new Hearing Room

As of April 2012, all Trade-Marks Opposition Board hearings will be held in a new Hearing Room, located on the main concourse of the Canadian Intellectual Property Office headquarters in Gatineau, QC. Clients will have direct access to the room during business hours.

The room is equipped with enhanced simultaneous live and over-the-phone translation capabilities.
