Can registrations of assignments be corrected?

Yes, by filing a request to that effect identifying the reasons for the error, indicating that the assignment previously registered is invalid.

The request must be accompanied by the documentation and proofs required for the registration of a new assignment, including the registration fee (see item 21 of Schedule II).
