Update to the Wares and Services Manual and User Guide

The Trade-marks Office has amended its Wares and Services Manual to include terms that are compliant with the provisions of paragraph 30(a) of the Trade-marks Act.

For a complete list of all the additions, simply search for "2011-11-24" as a search term in the online Wares and Services Manual.

In addition, the Trade-mark Office has amended the Wares and Services User Guide to include the following sections:

• 2.4.11 Postal Stamps and Postage Stamps;
• 2.5.3 Medicated preparations
• 3.4.5 Postal Services

and has updated the following sections:

• 2.2 and 3.2 Indefinite Terms
