How can I request publication of my patent in the Canadian Patent Office Record (CPOR)?

You can request publication in the Canadian Patent Office Record of a notice listing the patent numbers of patents available for licence or sale. There is a fee for this service and the notice will be advertised once in the Canadian Patent Office Record. The fee will be waived if you request publication when you pay the final fee for your patent.
