Can I change the name of the owner on the register?

Providing it is not a change in ownership, the name of the trade-mark owner may be changed upon submitting a request in writing which includes the previous owner's name, the new name and also the effective date of the change.

Please note however, a change of ownership (a transfer of rights from one entity to another) requires the payment of a prescribed fee for each trade-mark.
