How can I update my address?

The address of the trade-mark owner may be changed on the register, upon submitting a request in writing. There is no fee involved.

Note: It is your responsibility to notify the Trade-marks Office of any address change. Should you fail to notify the Registrar of Trade-marks of a change of address, the Registrar of Trade-marks is not responsible for any correspondence not received by yourself, your representative for service, or your agent.
