Can I make changes to my trade-mark?

Generally, changes that do not alter its distinctive character or affect the identity of the trade-mark may be acceptable. This is a matter of fact that will be decided by a trade-mark examiner.

However, once a trade-mark has been advertised in the Trade-marks Journal, the trade-mark may not be changed in any manner whatsoever.
