These improved forms are now available.
To facilitate future improvements in electronic commerce and to increase client self-sufficiency, CIPO has implemented updates to the online application forms for Registration of Copyright in a Work and Registration of a Copyright in a Performer's Performance, Sound Recording or Communication Signal.
You will notice that the content of the forms and instructions have been updated and that links providing helpful information have been added. These user-friendly features, together with the system validation of information, will assist in completing the forms more effectively, which in turn will allow for a quicker registration.
