CIPO's Q3 Service Commitments Report is now available.

The report outlines how CIPO performed against its client service commitments during Q3.

Measuring performance and monitoring progress are important elements of planning. These processes allow CIPO to assess what it has achieved over time and determine where there is room for the organization to improve.

CIPO publishes these reports on a quarterly basis. By publishing quarterly reports, CIPO's clients will be made aware of its improvement efforts in meeting client service commitments on a more regular basis.
