Trade-mark Data in flat text format. Trade-mark Designs in TIFF. Weekly updates include changes to existing data and new applications. Available as an automated file transfer by FTP every Tuesday.

This weekly product also includes a semiannual Data and Designs or Data-only Refresh:

Data Refresh (semiannually by FTP)

Trade-mark Data from 1866 to the present in flat text format. A semiannual Data Refresh provides the means to synchronize an existing database. Available as an automated file transfer by FTP twice yearly.

Designs Refresh (semiannually on DVD)

Trade-mark Designs in TIFF from 1866 to the present. A semiannual Design Refresh provides the means to synchronize an existing database. These are produced twice a year on DVD.
