Trade-marks: future practice notices will no longer be published in the Trade-marks Journal
Following a consultation on this proposed practice, comments were received and evaluated by the Trade-marks Office. The result of this consultation: new practice notices will be published only on the CIPO website under "Practice Notices" and will be considered to be effective as of the date on which the Practice Notice is published, unless otherwise specifically indicated in the Practice Notice.
