Ordering Copies
The Office of the Registrar of Topographies can provide you with copies of the material filed on the condition that you first obtain the written consent of the applicant or the owner of a registered topography.
Payment of fees
Payments may be made by credit card or by deposit account.
Fee (CAN$):
Providing a copy of a document, of entries in or extracts from the register, or of any material referred to in section 26 of the Integrated Circuit Topography Regulations, for each page measuring 21.5cm x 28cm (8 1/2 x 11): item 7 of the Tariff of Fees.
Providing a certified copy of a document: item 8 of the Tariff of Fees.
Please note there is no fee for certified copies made for Federal Court proceedings under rules 318 or 350 of the Federal Courts Rules. For more information, please contact us.
