Intellectual Property Day 2010 - 10^th Anniversary

Celebrations for this year's edition of World Intellectual Property Day will revolve around the theme "Innovation – Linking the World". The annual celebration, linking intellectual property (IP) and creativity, provides us with the opportunity to celebrate and promote innovation and economic growth.

During the entire month of April, the Canadian Intellectual Property Office will raise IP awareness within the education sector and among small and medium enterprises (SMEs). CIPO's Outreach team will offer IP networking opportunities and presentations nationwide.

CIPO proudly celebrates the successes of Canada's SME business community and salutes the creative potential of Canadian entrepreneurs. CIPO serves as a primary source of IP information designed to strengthen Canada's SMEs and education sector.
