Partial Declaration of Use — Wares / Services

When the statement of wares or services stipulated in a declaration filed pursuant to Section 40(2) is confined to part of the wares or services identified in the allowed application, the certificate of registration will automatically be confined to the wares or services identified in the declaration, as far as the proposed use is concerned.
