The Trade-marks Examination Manual is designed to serve the needs of the Office of the Registrar, specifically the staff in the Examination Section. By clarifying the legal guidelines of the Trade-marks Act and the Trade-marks Regulations, the Manual is intended to reduce the time needed to process applications.
