The products listed below are bulk data products intended for users who wish to load data directly into their own databases. CIPO does not provide end-user support for these IP data products. The information contained in these products can also be accessed free of charge by searching CIPO's Canadian Patents Database or the Trade-marks Database on our website.
Yearly subscriptions cover a publication period of one (1) calendar year. CIPO information products may be ordered after the year has started, in which case the customer shall receive the full information for the entire calendar year.

* Mimosa software was used to produce the CD-Rs in accordance with the World Intellectual Property Organization Standard ST.40 (1993) [PDF 330KB]. This software contains searchable indices that permit the retrieval of patents by bibliographic and abstract data.
