IP Data Products
IP data products available from CIPO are bulk data sets intended for users who wish to load data directly into their own databases. CIPO does not provide user support for these products. The information contained in these products can also be accessed free of charge by searching CIPO's Patents Database, the Trade-marks Database, or the Industrial Designs Database.
Yearly subscriptions are bound by the Terms and Conditions for Use and cover a publication period of one (1) calendar year. CIPO data products may be ordered after the year has started, in which case the customer shall receive the full information for the entire calendar year.
