The Trademark Practice Committee (previously Joint Liaison Committee - Trademarks) consists of representatives of the IP profession and the Trademarks Office. The objective of the Trademark Practice Committee is to broaden and strengthen communications between CIPO and the trademark stakeholders, and to identify and discuss issues with a view to improving trademark practice and services to clients.
